We hope you don’t have to call for this but in case you do we are here to assist you. In case of a return/ exchange, you will have to fill the exchange form within 5 days of delivery & thereafter courier the product back to us. This cost of same will not be borne by us.
To be Eligible for Return/ Exchange
• Your item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
• It should be in its original packaging accompanied by a proof of purchase.
Once we receive our product back we shall examine it to verify if it has reached us in the same condition as it was sent. Only after successful examination of the same shall we be crediting the money in your Karishma Prints account which you can use for your future purchases. Please note we do not provide refunds.
